Salad: Locally Sourced Gem Lettuce with Hand-Grilled Peaches, Goat Cheese, and Maple Vinaigrette
Entrée: Beef Short Ribs & Herbed Chicken Breast with Braised Demi Sauce, Tri-Color Roasted Potatoes with Thyme, and Haricot Verts French Green Beans with Parmesan Peppercorn Herbed Butter and Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
Vegetarian Entrée: Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sauce, Garnished with Dried Cranberries, Shaved Parmesan, and Parsley
