Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (“MnTC”) recognizes that the privacy of our website users, including all personal information of those users, is of utmost importance. Our website, and this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), have been designed and drafted to ensure its users of MnTC’s commitment to maintaining the privacy, security and confidentiality of any and all personal information of such users.

Personal health information provided by you is/will be protected as described in this Privacy Policy, as well as, within MnTC policies and the MnTC Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available upon request. In the event any terms of this Privacy Policy conflict with any terms of the Notice of Privacy Practices, the Notice of Privacy Practices shall control.

While MnTC cannot control all possible breaches, we shall endeavor to take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities, so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under MnTC’s control.

This website uses “cookies,” albeit very limitedly. A cookie is a small data file that a website uses to make applications more convenient and/or efficient for its users. MnTC is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of all children. This website is not designed for, or directed to, children under the age of 17. MnTC shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of this website by minors.
