Howard Baird

M.Div., LADC

Howard has spent his career helping people find hope, healing, and meaningful change. He studied Religion and Music Composition at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and later earned his Master of Divinity from the Iliff School of Theology at the University of Denver. Howard served as a United Methodist pastor for 15 years in North and South Dakota, where he developed a passion for walking alongside people through life’s challenges. In 2022, he earned a Certificate in Substance Use Disorder Counseling from Bethel University and began working in the addiction treatment field. Since then, he has served in various treatment facilities as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Director of Clinical Services. He currently works as an LADC with Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge’s Minnetonka Community Outpatient Program, supporting individuals as they work toward recovery and a healthier future.
