MnTC Finances
Minnesota Teen Challenge provides a level of care that is unmatched in terms of program length and cost compared to other area programs. We are able to do this because helping people recover from addictions is not a business venture for us; we believe it is our calling.
It costs MnTC approximately $2,650 per month per adult resident and approximately $3,700 per month for each teen resident. And while this amount is considerable, it is only 15-20% of the cost of other local treatment programs, with some costing as much as $24,000 per month.
And unlike other programs, we only ask our residents to pay a small portion of the actual costs with the vast majority not paying anything out-of-pocket.
We are fortunate to have a large number of like-minded individuals and organizations that have chosen to partner with us in helping bring true freedom to teens and adults held captive by the power of addiction.
Future Goals
Our vision is to continue growing our program in size and effectiveness. Currently we are actively pursuing program and facility expansion and expect to add 100-150 residents to our program over the coming 24 months. Additionally, we are implementing continuous improvement programs to further develop our program and its effectiveness.
