Your employer may be holding an annual United Way fundraising campaign this year. We hope that you will consider using this easy way to support Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge directly through your workplace. You may do this by filling out the United Way Donation Form that is provided to you during the fundraiser (Click here to view a sample form). Simply complete the form and fill out the area entitled, "Section B" with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge as the Name of Agency (Leave the Agency Code space blank) and provide our address: 1619 Portland Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Remember to indicate the amount of your gift and submit the form.
