Minnesota Teen Challenge Leadership Institute
Minnesota Teen Challenge Leadership Institute is part of our After Care program for individuals that have completed the Minnesota Teen Challenge life care 13-15 month recovery program. This option is designed for individuals who are in need of a structured and supervised community living environment to maintain their sobriety and effectively transition back into the mainstream of society.
Who Qualifies:
- Graduates of an accredited Teen Challenge program
MnTC Leadership Institute has a rotating admission schedule.
Program Components:
- A residential facility with on-site supervision
- A structured environment with strict conduct standards
- Random drug testing
- Access to an on-site Registered Nurse
- Educational classes including:
- Money management
- Maintaining healthy relationships and conflict resolution
- Personal boundaries
- Character development
- Career development
- Spiritual growth and discipleship
- Housing assistance
- Job search assistance
- Transportation assistance
