TWIN CITIES PROGRAM

Prevention Program Coordinator  Individual needed to facilitate MNTC's teenage drug and alcohol prevention education program that works with secondary schools in the Twin Cities metro area and beyond.  Candidates must have strong public speaking skills, and a high level of organization and time management.  Candidates with personal experiences in chemical addiction or gang activity, persons of color, or graduates of MNTC are strongly encouraged to apply.  For a full job description and more information on this program, click hereFull time, salaried + benefits.

Administrative Assistant (Men/Boys Program) Organized individual needed to assist with correspondence, scheduling, student records, and other clerical duties.  Individual must enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.  Strong communication and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.  Full time, $13/hr + benefits.

Program Staff Assertive men and women needed to supervise, provide leadership to, and develop mentoring relationships with students in our residential program. A good driving record is required. FT positions include benefits. Note: all pay rates include shift differential.

NORTHLAND CAMPUS - DULUTH

Chemical Dependency Counselor MN licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor needed to provide: individual and group counseling, assessments and educational instruction in licensed treatment program. Individual must be comfortable practicing within Minnesota Teen Challenge's faith based structure, utilizing a Chrisitian-based treatment model. Part time; $13/hr
