Stocks and Other Assets
Gifts of stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other appreciated assets are a strategic way to support MnTC while securing tax benefits to maximize your support. By donating these assets to MnTC, you can avoid capital gain taxes that would be required if you sold them.
Offer hope for generations to come by including MnTC in your estate planning and becoming a member of our LEGACY FOR HOPE. Through a gift to the MnTC Endowment or by including us in your will, you will help change lives far into the future. As an acknowledgement of your generosity, you will be invited to special LEGACY FOR HOPE events, financial seminars and be recognized in our publications.
Your example of legacy giving not only provides a firm foundation of support, but also makes a significant statement of your dedication and values. We hope this inspires your family members and community to unite and take a stand against the devastating impacts of addiction.
If you would like to learn more about creating a legacy gift as part of your estate please contact Cynthia Betz for more information or click the button below to fill out our LEGACY FOR HOPE interest form.
We accept cars, trucks, and other recreational vehicles. Your donation and its proceeds benefit the programs of Know the Truth and preventing substance abuse amongst our youth. Know the Truth speaks in over 150 middle and high schools in Minnesota and Wisconsin about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse. Your donation allows us to continue to increase our ability to impact today’s youth. To learn more about vehicle donations, click here.
