Enter by reserving a spot now with a $100 entry fee deposit and this completed entry form. Entries will be accepted on a first come first entered basis. Contestants have until May 15 to submit a minimum of $500 Teen Challenge sponsorship dollars. Final entry blank will be complete when each team raises and submits a minimum $500 in sponsorship dollars from friends, neighbors, church family, employers, businesses and other sources. Sponsorship
checks must be written to Minnesota Teen Challenge, and delivered by May 15, to assure your team is eligible to compete in the Event. Entry fees and sponsorship amounts are tax deductible, with the exception of $50 of the entry fee deposit.
Teams have chances for major prizes including fishing trips with Al & Ron Lindner, Walleye Dan and guided fishing trips with top local guides and more. These major prizes are in addition to the category prizes for the walleye, bass, pike, panfish and the “mixed-bag” divisions.
The $100 team entry fee deposit covers the Friday meal function for team members, special awards, prizes for the species categories, trophies, etc., and does not apply to the sponsorship fee.
Teams will be recognized by church affiliation. For instance, the emcee and news items about the Event would list a team as follows: Steve Stringer and Mark Lunker, representing 1st Christian Church of St. Cloud.
2010 Teams will be guaranteed a spot in the 2011 Challenge with completed entry blank by the deadline. |
