Admissions Process
Minnesota Teen Challenge reviews each application carefully to ensure that we are an appropriate option for each applicant. Our admission process includes a review of each applicant's chemical use history, previous medical and mental health issues, legal problems, and other factors that affect the applicant's ability to benefit from our programs.
To begin the process, all applicants must complete an application (click here to download ). Then submit it, this can be done in one of two ways:

Once an application is received, an admissions representative will review it and contact the applicant to determine the appropriate next steps.
